If you have an outstanding warrant or unpaid fine from the city of Bixby, the city wants you to know about its amnesty program set for Monday, February 6, 2012 to Friday, February, 17, 2012.
During the amnesty period anyone can go to the city clerk and make arrangements to pay a fine, citation or to have a warrant recalled.
The city of Bixby will accept payments by cash or credit card, but not personal check.

Bixby city hall is located at 115 West Needles and is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
At the end of the amnesty program, those with outstanding warrants will be subject to arrest and if a fine is owed, they will be turned over to a collection agency which will tack on an additional 35-percent fee.
Bixby city attorney Patrick Boulden says this is the first time the city has conducted an amnesty program and it's cautiously optimistic it will collect most of the $641,000 owed to Bixby.
Anyone with questions can call Bixby city hall at 918-366-4430.
