A search warrant has revealed Bethany Police believe they know where 19-year-old Carina Saunders was tortured and killed.

Court documents show in December 2011, investigators searched an apartment at Will Rogers Court Housing Complex in southwest Oklahoma City. When officers searched the apartment, they found marijuana, remnants of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia.

In the kitchen area, investigators reported finding blood, hair and bugs. Police said the apartment smelled of bleach and noted it appeared the place had recently been cleaned.

Officers initially went to the apartment after witnesses said two people who frequented the home were involved in the murder of Carina Saunders. The search warrant stated Jimmy Massey, a suspect arrested for his involvement in Saunders' murder, told police Michael Knight told him the crime took place at the apartment, and that a person by the name of ‘Rachel' was responsible for cleaning up the crime scene.

Police have been investigating Saunders murder since October 2011. Her body was found stuffed in a duffel bag and placed in a field in Bethany near a grocery store.

Prosecutors have not charged anyone yet with her murder.
