TULSA, Oklahoma -
A Tulsa girl was critically injured trying to cross the street at Yorktown and Pine.
It happened around 3:45 Tuesday afternoon in north Tulsa.
Police say four kids ran out in front of an SUV traveling westbound on Pine. Three of the kids made it safely across, but a 15-year-old old girl was hit.
"We don't know if there will be a fatality in this case or not, we don't think so," said Tulsa Police Sgt. Chris Witt.
Police say the girls were from a high school in the area.
So far, the driver was not ticketed but police are investigating how fast the SUV was going at the time of the accident.
