TULSA, Oklahoma -

A driver lost control of his Jeep in east Tulsa and the vehicle rolled several times into a ditch.

Tulsa Police say the driver lost control because he was texting while driving.

Police say the man was driving eastbound in the 17700 block of East 31st Street just before midnight when it happened.  The Jeep ended up on its top.

Tulsa Police say the driver was wearing a seatbelt and was checked out by EMSA but refused a trip to the hospital.
