Tulsa Police officers are trying to find the driver of a dark colored pickup truck that slammed into the side of a patrol car early Friday.

The crash happened near 87th and Yale just after midnight.

The officer says the driver of the pickup truck lost control, hit the patrol car's left front fender and then sped off. The officer was not hurt, but his car was disabled.

Tulsa Police are also looking for a dark colored pickup truck which rear-ended an SUV waiting on a red light at 51st and Lewis at about 2:15 a.m.

The driver told police she was stopped at the light when the truck slammed into her SUV. The driver got out, looked at both vehicles, and then drove away.

The driver of the pickup truck was last seen headed east on 51st Street.

The SUV's driver had some minor injuries but is expected to be okay.

Tulsa Police don't believe the two crashes are related.
