Jury Selection Underway In Bartlesville Murder Trial

BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma -

The process of selecting a jury continues Tuesday in a Washington County courtroom for a Bartlesville man charged with killing a 3-year-old boy in 2010.

Joshua Benton, 24, is charged with the death of Christian Norris.

Bartlesville Police stated in a court affidavit, Benton admitted to using force on Christian the night before he died.

Benton was a detention officer at the Washington County jail.
