Missing Garvin County woman Lisa Needham has been found safe and alive Wednesday morning in South Carolina, according to Pauls Valley Police Capt. Travis Crawford.
Needham was found around 9 a.m. at a facility in Myrtle Beach, according to Crawford
Needham, 21, went missing early Monday morning from the Wynnewood area. Authorities were told that Needham suffered from ADHD and cerebral palsy and did not have her medication with her.
She was last seen at a truck stop in Sallisaw on Monday trying to get a ride.
