CUSHING, Oklahoma -- Several dozen people waited for more than an hour Thursday in Cushing to catch a glimpse of the presidential motorcade as President Obama made his way to his speech.

One of them was Elroy Hutcherson, who said "President Obama has made us very proud as a nation all over the world."

Veronique Goodall added, "My heart is speeding, my head is pounding.  And just hearing the excitement of everyone screaming Obama, Obama, it's just really exciting."

However, not everyone was happy to see the President.

Lee Ann Habben held a large sign that read "Obama Nightmare". She said, "What he's done has absolutely ruined our country." Although when I pressed her for specific policies, she wasn't able to come up with one right away.

Still she said President Obama has done a bad job.  "He hasn't done anything to make our country move forward.  The economy is awful, and the Medicare plans he put in place have been disastrous."
