A man who police say skipped out on a court date on charges of sexual assault and burglary is back behind bars.

A man who police say skipped out on a court date on charges of sexual assault and burglary is back behind bars.

Brandon Alexander, 18, was named Tulsa's Most Wanted Criminal earlier this week. He was arrested Friday afternoon in the 6100 block of South Peoria.

Police say Alexander broken into a home near Archer and Columbia Avenue in north Tulsa last July. He tied up the victim and sexually assaulted her. After ransacking the home looking for money, he left with the victim's handgun and a pit bull puppy.

Alexander was arrested after a short foot chase. An arrest record says the suspect jumped out of a window and over a fence when he spotted police.

Alexander is being held at the Tulsa County Jail without bond.
