Cedric Steele is ready to talk, but not about the arson charges he's facing. He sat in front of reporters at a Texas jail and said he's worried.

"I found an alien wing. This isn't the first time that I found one because I actually work for the government. I'm ID 15. Nothing is classified, and I actually have been dead and raised from the dead. Things of biblical proportions have been happening," Steele said.

Steele is in jail on an arson charge after police arrested him Tuesday for allegedly firebombing state senator Wendy Davis' office with Molotov cocktails. He says he took part of an alien to her office to get it examined.

"I took the actual alien wing to Senator Wendy Davis' office and I left a piece there," he said.

Police say it was just part of a dead animal. In a long, often rambling interview, Steele also explained that he needed Davis's help because he was assaulted and shocked with a taser by an officer in 2008 in Michigan.

"And no one has done anything about it," Steele said.

Steele wanted to talk about a lot of things, but refused to talk about the crime that landed him in jail.

"I am the guy who caught Osama Bin Laden himself. It is me," he said.

Steele is wanted on warrants in Tulsa County for allegedly beating up his own mother at her Tulsa apartment in 2005.

Bonnie Simpson told investigators her son threw her against a wall, then hit and kicked her as she recovered from a liver transplant. Steele didn't want to talk about that either.

When asked if he had ever been treated or diagnosed with mental illness, Steele got angry and said, "Why would you ask that question?"

It's unclear which case will come first - his aggravated assault warrant here or the Texas arson case.
