Court dates for former Skiatook Public School superintendent Dr. Gary Johnson and Oklahoma City businessman Rick Enos have been postponed again, this time until May 2012.

Johnson was to face sentencing Tuesday, March 27, and Enos' arraignment was scheduled for the same date.

Johnson pled guilty last summer to four counts of accepting bribes. Tulsa County prosecutors say Johnson accepted money from Enos in exchange for steering contracts to one of his companies.

Johnson could face up to 40 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

Meanwhile, Rick Enos - who has pleaded not guilty to bribery - has had his hearing delayed again.

The new date for both men is May 2, 2012.
