Police Chopper Tracks Down Man Suspected Of Breaking Into Tulsa Home

Thanks to the help of Tulsa Police's helicopter, officers were able to locate a man suspected of burglarizing a home in the 700 block of North Delaware Place early Thursday morning.

Police say officers were dispatched shortly before 1:30 a.m. and learned the man had fled the home before officers arrived.

The helicopter was called in and a short while later, Tulsa Police officers in the helicopter found 26-year-old Thomas Morris hiding in some bushes in Archer Park.

Morris was arrested and taken to the Tulsa County jail where he was booked on complaints of 1st degree burglary and domestic assault and battery.

He remains in jail on a $20,000 bond.
