An unidentified Tulsa man is dead after his body was found in a North Tulsa street early Friday morning.
Police say at about 1:50 a.m. officers were dispatched to a report of a heart attack victim lying in the street in the 300 block of West 63rd Street North.
EMSA transported the man to a Tulsa hospital.
At the hospital, it was determined the man was not suffering from a heart attack, but rather a small puncture-like wound to the chest. Tulsa Police says it was a gunshot wound.
The man was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police say this is the city's 14th homicide of the year.
