One of two men arrested in 'Operation Random Shooter' lost his father to murder two years ago, according to his Facebook profile page.

Carl England was shot to death at the Comanche Park Apartments April 5, 2010, in what police believed was a domestic dispute. On Sunday, 19-year-old Jake England was arrested for murders committed on Good Friday, April 6.

Police say England and 32-year-old Alvin Watts are responsible for the shooting deaths of Dannaer Fields, William Allen and Bobby Clark.

Police arrested England and Watts after a Crime Stoppers tip. The tipster also led authorities to the white pickup that a witness said was used in the crime. It was registered to Carl or Jacob England, according to arrest reports.
