Within 24 hours of the formation of "Operation Random Shooter," Tulsa Police told Tulsans Sunday afternoon they had arrested two men in connection with a series of shootings across North Tulsa, which left three dead and two wounded.
The head of the task force, Tulsa Police Major Walter Evans explained what it took to get the pair into custody and that he was proud of the Tulsa community coming together to help police with Crime Stopper tips.
