TULSA, Oklahoma -

The Tulsa City Council drafted a resolution Thursday offering sympathy and support to the victims of Good Friday's shooting rampage.

Three people were killed and two others wounded in the shooting in north Tulsa Friday. Jacob England, 19, and Alvin Watts, 33, were arrested in connection to the shooting.

The resolution expresses grief at the loss of life and the breach of peace. The city council will also express sympathy and support to the victim's families.

The resolution also expresses gratitude to law enforcement and condemns violence and injustice.

The council is set to vote on the resolution next week.
