Storm Damage Reported Near Skiatook Saturday Morning

Posted: Updated:
OSAGE COUNTY, Oklahoma -

Damage was reported at the Osage/Tulsa County line early Saturday. High winds damaged some structures and took down power lines.

One News On 6 viewer called in to report damage to two barns on their property. Storm chaser Matt Patterson said there is damage to trees and power lines. No power poles were down, Patterson said.

The storm went through southwest Osage County between 6:15 and 6:35 a.m., according to News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone.

The damage may have been from straight line winds or could have been a small tornado, Crone said.
