Over the weekend, Oklahoma native and country music superstar Garth Brooks set a new record.
According to the Calgary Herald, 15,322 tickets for Brooks' July 12, 2012 concert at the Calgary Stampede sold out in 58 seconds.
Tickets for the show went on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday and were snapped up in less than a minute.
This is the Calgary Stampede's 100th anniversary and Brooks agreed to hold one concert at the historic venue.
Stampede officials told the newspaper they weren't surprised the tickets sold out so quickly.
