Driver Not Injured When Car Crashes Through Tulsa Cable Barrier

A woman was not hurt when her car hit a cable barrier between the north and southbound lanes of Highway 75 and 56th Street North just before 2:30 a.m.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the driver was northbound on 75 when she lost control and crashed through the barrier and into the southbound lanes.

The car was demolished in the crash.

Troopers say no one was in the southbound lanes at the time of the crash, or the crash could have been much worse.

The OHP gave the woman a ticket for reckless driving.
