The Drillers extended their win streak to four games Sunday, topping the Springfield Cardinals 3-2, thanks to one big inning from their offense.

Springfield cracked the scoreboard first, after five scoreless innings Kyle Conley hit a solo shot over the left field wall in the top of the sixth to take a 1-0 advantage.

However Tulsa responded immediately to take the lead. In the bottom half of the inning with one out on the board and the bases loaded, Lars Davis singled to left field, bringing Nolan Arenado home to tie the game 1-1.

Two at-bats later, Kiel Roling singled to center field, bringing Tim Torres and Kent Matthews home to take a two-run lead.

Oscar Tavares cut into the Drillers' lead in the top of the eighth thanks to a leadoff home run, but that was the last the Cardinals would score.

Dan Houston (3-2) picked up a win for the outing, giving up just one earned run on four hits and striking out five in his six innings of service. Trevor Rosenthal (1-3) was credited with a loss, giving up three hits and three earned runs in 5.1 innings pitched.

The Drillers will try to make it a clean sweep of the Cardinals at 11:05 a.m. Monday in the series finale, before taking off for an eight-game road trip.
