Tulsa is now 18-6, which tops the team's previous record of 16 wins in a month.

Drillers starter and Tulsa native Parker Frazier went five innings allowing five hits and one run while Springfield's starter Michael Blazek pitched six innings allowing two hits and striking out two.

Marbry is credited with the win thanks to an inning of solid relief for Tulsa. He is now 2-0 on the season.

Tulsa was also led offensively by catcher Lars Davis who was 3-for-3 from the plate on the afternoon.

The Drillers now prepare for a four game road series against Arkansas with game one set for Tuesday at 7:10 p.m.
