Tulsa County Sheriff Promotes Chief Deputy Tim Albin To Undersheriff

Next Tuesday morning, Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz will officially promote Chief Deputy Tim Albin to the job of Undersheriff.

The promotion announcement will be followed by a swearing-in ceremony at the Tulsa County courthouse during a meeting of the county commissioners.

Chief Deputy Albin takes over for Undersheriff Brian Edwards, who retired on May 1, 2012.

Edwards is now GRDA's Chief of Law Enforcement.

Deputy Tim Albin has served with the sheriff's office since 1989 and is currently chief deputy of the sheriff's office operations division.
