TULSA, Oklahoma -

A man died in a drive-by shooting at an apartment complex in North Tulsa early Friday morning.

Tulsa Police say the city's 22nd murder of the year happened at the Bradford Apartments at 577 East 32nd Street North at around 1:30 a.m.

Police say EMSA took the victim to a Tulsa hospital where he died.

Tulsa Police Sgt. Dave Walker says they have conflicting reports on what happened.

One report is the victim was on foot in the complex when a white, older model Cadillac pulled up to him and someone in the car shot him.

Walker says the other report is the shooter was on foot and got into a confrontation with the victim. The victim was shot and ran into the apartment complex before collapsing.

Police ask anyone with information about this murder to call Crime Stopper at 918-596-COPS.
