TULSA, Oklahoma -

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office has announced it will open its mobile cold case command post Wednesday to solicit tips on all cases still under investigation.

The mobile unit was established years ago to recognize the 14-year-old unsolved murder of Tulsa teenager Dena Dean.

Dena Dean, 16, was found murdered in West Tulsa in June 1998. She was missing for six days before her body was found. The cause of death was never determined because of the condition of the body, but the medical examiner concluded it was a homicide.

No one has been arrested for the killing.

Investigators told News On 6 in 2009 they believe Dean's killer is still in the area and hiding the truth. They also said they believe more than one person knows what happened to Dean.

The mobile cold case command post will be set up Wednesday at the Family Fellowship Church, located at 5626 West Skelly Drive in Tulsa.

If you have information on any unsolved case, the sheriff's office will be available to take tips in an effort to bring justice to victims and victims' families.
