The first day of the Neal Sweeney murder trial was delayed Tuesday after Terrico Bethel's defense attorney collapsed outside of the courtroom.

While those proceedings may have stalled, another separate murder trial concerning Bethel's brother, Deandre, went on.

Deandre Bethel and Deandre Williams are both charged in the February murder of Byron Ivory, Jr.

Ivory, a paint store assistant manager who was about to graduate college, was shot as he sat in a car with friends back in February.

Bethel and Williams were bound over at their preliminary hearing Tuesday, and will appear in district court for arraignment next Monday.
