TULSA, Oklahoma -

A shooting near 51st and Memorial sent a man to a hospital Wednesday evening.

Tulsa Police say the man was shot seven times during a fight outside his apartment building.

Police are still looking for the man who shot him.  They say it appears to be gang-related.

The shooting happened at the Westminster Apartments near 48th and South Memorial shortly before 8 p.m.  

Police found shell casings in the parking lot.

The victim, Clark Owens, told officers he was shot during a dispute between two other men, one of which goes by the name KJ. Witnesses say KJ wasn't the shooter.  Tulsa Police say the shooter drove off in a dark colored car.
