A program at the wildlife department – which encourages kids to get outdoors – allowed Cub Scout Pack 67 out of Carnegie Elementary to borrow 40 rods for an outing.

Before the pack leader could return the equipment, it was stolen.

Zebco has donated hundreds of combos over the last several years to support the wildlife departments' free summer family fishing clinics.
