TULSA, Oklahoma -

For the third day in a row, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality has declared an Ozone Alert for Wednesday.

During Ozone Alert days, ODEQ advises residents of the Tulsa metropolitan area to try to reduce pollution by carpooling, walking, or using Tulsa transit. They also suggest people postpone their errands for another day, and avoid mowing and using other gas-powered lawn tools.
