Bob Watts Jr. gets a housewarming present from OHFA.
TULSA, Oklahoma -
A state-wide program makes buying a home easier for Oklahomans.
Bob Watts moved into his new home Friday with help from the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, and they can help you too.
The program gives low-interest loans to Oklahomans that qualify, just like Bob. They even showed up with a house-warming gift.
"I'm able to do what I want. And I can come and go as I please, and I have a home that I'm investing money in," said Bob Watts Jr., first-time home buyer.
The non-profit was created for the sole purpose of helping Oklahomans afford their own house.
