The victim, 18-year-old Daniel Merrell, died in March of a gunshot wound to the head. Prosecutors have now charged Bryan Kimmel with first degree manslaughter in Merrell's death.

According to court documents, there were several intoxicated people at Merrell's house, and they were passing around a gun.

Court papers show when Kimmel had the gun in his hand, Merrell grabbed the barrel and stuck it in his mouth, and the gun went off.

There is now a warrant out for Kimmel's arrest.
