TULSA, Oklahoma -

Funeral arrangements have been set for one of the victims in Saturday's fatal Best Buy shootings.

Graydon "Wesley" Brown, 58, was gunned down at a Tulsa Best Buy while he was holding hands with his 10-year-old daughter and shopping for a birthday gift for his wife.

Brown's sister, Gracelyn Brown, announced Thursday her brother's funeral will be at Boston Avenue Methodist Church on Saturday at 1 p.m.

It's open to everyone who would like to come, she said.

Brown was one of two men killed. The other, Scott D. Norman, was an "intended target" and a man with gang ties who was shot multiple times in the store's parking lot. Stray bullets then pierced the storefront and hit Brown inside.

Tulsa police on Wednesday arrested a woman driving the getaway car used in the shootings. Shania Craven, 30, was booked into jail on two complaints of accessory to first-degree murder.

Thursday morning, police arrested a man believed to be the killer. His identity hasn't been released, but a news conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. NewsOn6.com will stream the event live.

After the arrests, Wesley Brown's mother, Marquetta Griswold-Brown, released the following statement: "My son did not die in vain. This helps to make Tulsa a safer community."

The community nearby the store, of which Wesley Brown was a resident, has rallied around the Browns.

"We would like to thank the Florence Park Community for their support in bringing awareness to the violence in Tulsa," Gracelyn Brown said. "Today, we ask that everyone wears a teal ribbon to bring awareness as well. We're thankful to Det. Jason White and the Tulsa Police Department. We hope this is the first step to solving violence and gang violence in general in Tulsa."

Gracelyn Brown told News On 6 on Sunday that her brother's death is "just a huge loss that no one could really fathom… He was very devoted, and the loss of his attention and care for [his daughter's] well-being is just enormous."
