Driver Crashes Into Tree In Tulsa Neighborhood

TULSA -

A man is in critical condition after crashing into a tree in a residential neighborhood early Sunday.

It happened in the 2000 block of East 92nd Place about 3 a.m.

Tulsa police said the car hit a slick spot in the road, lost control and crashed into a tree.

The passenger was not badly hurt and sustained minor injuries, while the driver, a male in his 20s, was taken to a Tulsa hospital where he is in critical condition.

The collision is under investigation.
