TULSA, Oklahoma -

One of the men convicted of robbing two Tulsa banks was sentenced Tuesday.

Calvin Shobe will spend 33 years in federal prison.

Police say Shobe planned and recruited others to pull off the robberies.

One recruit an underage boy, who held up the City National Bank at 58th and Lewis last July, and then gave all the money – more than $4,000 - back to Shobe.

Less than a month later, Shobe recruited a mentally handicapped teen to hold up the Arvest at 36th and Yale.

Again, his young accomplice handed over every nickel to Shobe.

Investigators say in each robbery, Shobe provided the guns and masks, and trained his recruits how to rob the bank.
