Owasso Man Killed In Louisiana Motorcycle Crash

BOSSIER CITY, Louisiana -

An Oklahoma motorcyclist died in a two-vehicle crash south of Bossier City, Louisiana.

Louisiana State Police say 37-year-old Michael Dodson of Owasso was driving a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle east along Sligo Road Tuesday afternoon when it crossed the center line and struck a Chevrolet truck head-on.

Police say Dodson was pronounced dead at the scene and the truck driver suffered moderate injuries.

The police report states Dodson was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
