ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -

Rogers County officials say the water is flowing normally again in Rural Water District No. 4.

So, the emergency rationing order has been lifted.

One of the two pumps bringing water from Lake Oologah failed Saturday. A replacement pump was installed Wednesday and the district says it is working fine.

Residents can once again begin watering their gardens and washing their cars.
