Nicholas Tepesch pitched seven shutout innings for Frisco Friday night, leading the RoughRiders to a 5-1 win over the Tulsa Drillers.

Brandon Hynick pitched well for Tulsa, going six innings and allowing just two earned runs, but it wasn't enough to match Tepesch and avoid the series sweep.

Until Nolan Arenado's two-out solo homer in the ninth, Tulsa had only managed three hits the entire night.

Tommy Mendonca led the way for Frisco, going 2-3 with a walk and two RBIs.

Tulsa now continues its road trip against the Midland RockHounds Saturday night at 7p.m.
