The Arkansas Travelers exploded for a five-run eighth inning on Friday to take down Troy Tulowitzki, Jason Giambi and the Tulsa Drillers.

Travis Witherspoon and Drew Heid had two RBI each to lead Arkansas, while Casey Haerther and Renny Osuna chipped in three hits apiece.

Rockies' stars Tulowitzki and Giambi are rehabbing from injuries and will be with the Drillers through the weekend at least. They will be reevaluated early next week.

Tulowitzki went 1-3 with a double, and Giambi also went 1-3 with a single.

While Tulowitzki and Giambi won't be around for long, they are already providing the Drillers with a revenue boost. Attendance was over 8,200 people, about double the totals of the first three games of the series.

The Drillers open up a three-game series with Northwest Arkansas on Saturday.
