Stillwater Police Evidence Clerk Arrested For DUI, Drug Possession

An evidence clerk at the Stillwater Police Department was arrested Tuesday.

According to police, Velma Majors was arrested in Stillwater on charges of driving under the influence, and possession of controlled dangerous substances.

Majors has been an evidence clerk at the Stillwater Police Department for about 15 years. Police have not released any details about Majors' arrest.
