TULSA, Oklahoma -

Most City of Tulsa operations will be closed on Monday for the Labor Day holiday.

That means residents who normally have their trash picked up on Mondays will have to wait an extra day. Labor Day is pushing trash and recycling collections back by one day through Friday, September 8 (pickup will be Saturday).

The delay does not affect customers who reside in the northwest quadrant of the city.
