Judge Sentences Murderer Who Had Sex With Dead Prostitute In OKC

A man found guilty of killing a prostitute and then having sex with her body is sentenced to life in prison.

Fulgencio Lopez received the jury recommended sentence Wednesday morning. Officers arrested Lopez March 6 in southwest Oklahoma City. According to court documents, two men saw Lopez sitting in the front seat of a Honda Accord, having sex with a woman, later identified as Lori Green.

A jury returned a guilty verdict against Lopez last month.
