TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett will give his State of the City address at noon on Thursday.

At a luncheon of the Tulsa Metro Chamber, the mayor is expected to address regional business and the current state of affairs within the city.

The city's 39th mayor will also highlight upcoming priorities.

The luncheon takes place at the Tulsa Convention Center.
