East Tulsa Water Geyser Draws A Crowd

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A 12-inch water line break in East Tulsa caused a huge geyser Thursday evening, shooting 60 feet into the air.

The break was on Admiral between Mingo and Memorial.

As you can see in the video above, the water made it appear it was raining at a nearby motel parking lot.

The manager of the motel is from India and grabbed a laptop to stream the incident to her husband so he could watch it all live.

City of Tulsa water crews were able to finally shut the geyser off, but not before the manager of the motel said a couple of rooms sustained some water damage.
