WEATHERFORD, Oklahoma -

The Weatherford Police Department has taken action against four of their officers after students at Southwestern Oklahoma State University were forced to crawl on their hands and knees.

Dylan Frizzell and his friends were walking to a friend's house last month when officers accused them of public intoxication. Frizzell says that's when the officers told them if they'd crawl back, they wouldn't get arrested.
