Tulsa Police arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with a homicide that took place Jan. 1.

A tip from Crime Stoppers led officers to Brandon Phillips, who had recently returned to Tulsa and was staying in a home in the 700 block of North Country Club Drive.

When officers searched the home, they found Phillips hiding in a closet. He was arrested on a charge of first-degree manslaughter.
