Norman Police Arrest Man Accused Of Exposing Self To Children

NORMAN, Oklahoma -

Police make an arrest after reports surfaced of a man exposing himself to children at bus stops.

James Walkup was taken into custody. Records show he has previously been arrested on charges of obstruction of an officer and indecent exposure.
