Charges have been filed on Tuesday against five people who are accused of kidnapping an Oklahoma City woman.
Norma Aguilar, 33, and Miguel Garcia, 25, along with 22-year-old Lacey Isaacs, 24-year-old Jennifer Ochoa, and 36-year-old Karala Sanchez-Gutierrez, are accused of kidnapping Trista Ferguson for money.

According to police, Ferguson called her mother on September 18 and told her she was held against her will by the Mexican Drug Cartel because she owed the cartel $2,000. Ferguson said the cartel was going to hurt her if she didn't get the money.
Ferguson's mother contacted police. Officers were able to locate Ferguson. She was safe and unharmed.
Garcia, Aguilar, Ochoa and Gutierrez have been charged with robbery with a firearm, kidnapping for purpose of extortion, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, according to court documents.

Isaacs has been charged with kidnapping for purpose of extortion, possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and concealing stolen property.
