President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney have both spent a lot of time planning what they'll say, knowing a simple slip could cost them the White House.

The highly
anticipated Presidential debate took place at the University of Denver,
Wednesday night.
This is the
first of three debates over the next three weeks. Tonight's topic : domestic
policy which includes the biggest thing weighing on voters' minds right now,
the economy.
But,
there's another hot topic on tonight's agenda: Healthcare.
President
Barack Obama and Mitt Romney have both spent a lot of time planning what
they'll say, knowing a simple slip could cost them the White House.
Romney has
been trailing in the polls. He's hoping to gain traction in key states Wednesday
night. With five weeks until election day, President Obama knows a lot can
happen in that time.
Both
parties have set up websites to respond, in real time, to their opponents'
claims during these debates.
