The starting quarterback for Texas Christian will likely not see action against the Sooners or Cowboys this season. Casey Pachall is suspended indefinitely from the team after he was arrested Thursday morning on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. TCU head coach Gary Patterson announced the suspension hours after the junior was pulled over by police in Forth Worth for running a stop sign.

Pachall has had previous run-ins with the law. He was one of several Horned Frogs football players at the center of a campus-wide drug bust last February. At the time, he admitted to police he used drugs but he was not arrested.

Pachall started all 13 games for TCU last year and so far this season has had 948 passing yards and 10 touchdowns. The Horned Frogs are ranked No. 15 and are 4-0.

The Sooners face TCU in their last scheduled game of the season on December 1st, while the Cowboys play them on October 27th.
