A judge issued a warrant for the arrest of a Green Country Marine Tuesday.
Brian Christopher Cripps, 28, faces manslaughter charges for the death of a fellow veteran.
Police say Cripps was behind the wheel in an alcohol-related crash on the Broken Arrow Expressway this spring.
The SUV flipped off the highway, killing passenger Samuel Dash, an Army veteran, who served in Iraq.
Cripps, himself, was critically injured in the wreck.
