Rumble Goes Over The Edge For Special Olympics Oklahoma

Posted: Updated:
TULSA, Oklahoma -

Rumble is known for his high energy antics during Thunder game, but now he's going over the edge. Rumble the bison will be rappelling from the 30-story SandRidge Energy Building Thursday morning to raise money for Special Olympics Oklahoma. It's part of the Over the Edge fundraiser and will take place at 11:30.

Participants are required to raise $1,200 to rappel and can register on the Special Olympics Oklahoma website at www.sook.org. The money will go toward the more than 9,500 athletes involved in Special Olympics Oklahoma, including more than 2,500 in the Oklahoma City metro area.

More information on the event can be found on the Special Olympics Oklahoma website at: www.sook.org/over-the-edge---okc.html or by calling 800-722-9004.
